What Kind of Paper Stock Do You Use? Is it High-Quality?
- All of our Personalized Stationery is produced on extremely high-quality papers and envelopes. Each product is unique and paper choices include Single, Double & Triple Thick stock as well as 100% Cotton Paper, where applicable. Each product page displays the paper stock and thickness as well as the personalization process used for your item.
Our flat cards will have the thickest and sturdiest feel since they are 140 lb. stock.
Our fold notes are next in line at 110 lb. stock. Slightly less-weight than our flat cards to ensure they fold properly.
Our 6.25" x 9" letter sheets are 100 lb. stock so they can still go through printers, if needed. One fold is all they need to be put in the envelope, which still requires just one stamp.
We'd also be happy to send you physical samples of our paper and so you can see and feel the quality of our products. Please email us at orders@stationeryxpress.com if you'd like to receive a sample.

What Will The Colors Look Like?
- Our printed products offer a range of color choices in either Raised-Ink Thermography or Digital Full-Color Flat Ink Printing. The type of print/production process is indicated on each product page. Embossed items do not include any ink or color. (other than optional borders, if applicable)
Color samples are shown on each product page as well so you can view each color and have a better understanding of what the final result will look like. Please keep in mind that every computer/tablet/phone screen displays colors differently. The colors you see on your screen may not exactly match the colors you receive on the finished/produced product.
We'd also be happy to send you physical samples of our paper and colors so you can see the different colors and feel the quality of our products. Please email us at orders@stationeryxpress.com if you'd like to receive a sample.

How Many Stamps Do I Need To Put On My Stationery?
- All of our items require just one stamp.

Can I Put Your Stationery Through My Printer?
- Unfortunately, most standard, desktop, home or even office printers typically cannot handle anything over 80lb (which is your most standard copy/printer paper). Anything over 80lb means that the printer will have trouble rolling the actual paper through the printer feeder, and thus will most likely not work. Our stationery is made on one-of-a-kind custom made flat feeding machines.
Raised Ink Warning - If your printer uses heat at all, or your pages usually come out warm or hot, we highly recommend NOT trying to print or feed anything through your printer with raised ink (thermography) on it. The heat could cause the thermography raised ink to melt in your printer and cause damage.
What items on StationeryXpress WILL go through a printer?
- 8.5" x 11" Flat Ink Letter Sheets
- 6.25" x 9" Embossed or Flat Ink Letter Sheets or Pre-Designed items here (NOT guaranteed to work on your printer, but has worked for many of our customers. Please request a sample on our Contact Us page if you'd like to test it on your printer.)

What Happens After I Submit My Order?
- We create your order with the information that you supply; please proof-read your information carefully. An order confirmation will be sent via email to confirm your order; please save your order/invoice # for your records or to contact us. Since we carry so many products, we are unable to provide online complimentary proofs for all orders. Please contact us to request a proof for your order. (You can also request a proof in the order comments) Proofs will be automatically provided for all fully custom (Your Logo or artwork) orders.

What About Custom Orders? Can I Add A Logo or An Image?
- Yes! Please see our selection of Your Logo items where you can Print or Emboss your own Logo or image. All "Your Logo" or custom image orders are considered fully custom orders. All custom orders are sent a complimentary virtual proof that MUST be approved via email before the order goes into production and before your payment method is charged. Contact us for more details.
You can also create and submit a custom order by emailing us. Simply find a design you like or you can create your own. We will provide you with a quote for your approval. Once approved, we will place the order for you.
- Yes! Please see our selection of Your Logo items where you can Print or Emboss your own Logo or image. All "Your Logo" or custom image orders are considered fully custom orders. Can I Order A Gift With A Gift Message?
- Yes! Many of our customers order gifts to be shipped directly to their gift recipients with a gift message. The gift message is printed directly on the packing slip, so your gift recipient sees it right when they open the shipping box. Please write your message in the order notes or on the product page, if applicable.
Note: Prices are NEVER shown on the packing slips! Prices are only sent in the order confirmation to the email submitted when ordering.

Can I Order Additional Quantities? Is There A Price/Bulk Discount?
- Yes! You can order additional sets/quantities at a discount! Many products offer this option. As you increase the quantity ordered, the per card cost goes down. (There are exceptions here if you add all of the optional add-on features, such as Envelope Liners)
Additional sets must be identical to the first set ordered.

What If I'm Unhappy With My Order?
- We do our best to show previews that represent a close match to the final product you received and we apologize if you do not enjoy the final result. Please reach out to us via email and let us know what you do not like about your order. Our customers’ satisfaction is extremely important and we will do our best to accommodate your request/s. Please note that we would be more than happy to send you previews of your personalization before we begin with production. You can request a preview via live chat, email (orders@stationeryxpress.com), and of course by phone at 800-506-3884. You can also include an order comment during the checkout process and request to see a preview prior to production. Our team will then place your order on hold and we will email you a preview. We’d also be happy to mail you physical samples of our paper so you can feel and see the quality of our products before you submit your order. To request a preview, please email us or fill out the Contact Us form here on our website. Samples are free and are usually shipped using USPS standard mail.

What If My Order Was Not Delivered?
- We’re so sorry if you haven’t received your order within the timeline mentioned on our website. Please note that our average production time is 2-4 business days, and our free shipping method may take an additional 2-10 business days to arrive. Typically, most orders are delivered within 7-10 days from the order date. (Please make sure to look for the production time on each product page, as production times may vary)If you still haven’t received your order after that timeline, please reach out to us so we can look into your order further and resolve this for you. Unfortunately, sometimes USPS, UPS, and FedEx misplace packages. In cases like this, we will open a case with the shipping carrier on your behalf to try and locate your package. If the shipping carrier cannot locate your package, we will reproduce and reship your order at no additional cost to you.

What If The Preview Does Not Show Me The Correct Font On The Website?
- We’re so sorry if the preview does not change the font styles. This sometimes happens when using older browsers or computers. Can I add Characters and Symbols on Personalized Orders? (Not just text?)
- For technical reasons, there are a few characters that are not allowed in the text that you enter. These characters are listed here: < > [ ] { } = \ | ~
In addition, uppercase accent characters (such as À, Ç, and Ô) and special symbols that do not normally appear on your keyboard (like ‡ or ¢) are not allowed.
Lower-Case Accented Characters Are Allowed: Please note that most lower case accented characters (such as â and é) ARE allowed in the text of personalizations.

How Long Does It Take?
- Once submitted, your personalized order will be created within 2 to 5 business days and will take an additional approximate 2 - 10 business days to arrive by either Fedex, UPS or USPS shipping. Next-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day expedited delivery options are available during checkout. Production/Ship time is estimated in Business Days. International shipping is available upon request. We also do our best to ship your entire order in one box and/or together.NOTE: During the Holiday Season production and ship time vary, be sure to order in advance! NOTE: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday go into production Monday morning.

Can You Guarantee Delivery By A Specific Date?
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom products and shipping time being added in after the fact, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.
If you need your order by a certain date though, please contact us before ordering or immediately after so our team can keep a close eye on your order for you. We do everything we can to have rush orders produced and delivered when you need it.
NOTE: StationeryXpress will NOT be held accountable if an order does not arrive on time or by the date needed.

- Flat Cards are generally thicker and heavier paper weight, and do NOT fold. Fold Notes are creased and DO fold.

- Full-Color Flat Ink is a printing technique that produces text or an image that is flat, not raised. Full-Color Flat Ink printing allows for all colors and designs to be printed just as they are submitted. This method is very popular for logos and artwork with lots of color.
