I was semi-nervous about ordering since I had never been to this website before. Had a few questions which a rep on live chat answered in literally seconds, and they were exactly right about everything. The raised ink is somewhat shiny but not overboard, and very nice quality. Definitely looks and feels professionally made. Perfect for my thank you cards.
