Can I return my order for a refund and/or redo?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds. We cannot accept returns since each and every order is custom and unique.* Your order is made and personalized to your specifications and is not refundable. If it is our mistake or the order is defective in any way, please let us know within 30 days of your delivery date (via tracking information) and we will correct the error at no charge to you. Unfortunately, after the 30 day period, we are unable to provide you with a courtesy redo as we do not know how the personalized items were stored/handled in your possession. We recommend storing your stationery in a dark, cool or room temperature setting to preserve quality. (*This includes non-personalized and/or blank stock as we cannot put anything back through our production facility and/or printing/embossing machines once it has left our production facility.)
You are responsible for all text sent to us for your order so please proof the details carefully before submitting your order. We will print exactly what we see on your order. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect information (including shipping addresses) that you have provided or if you ordered the wrong item, font/lettering style, color, or motif by mistake. We are not responsible if your order does not arrive on time and/or by a specific date needed as production & shipping times may vary.
We strive to accurately provide detailed product information and descriptions. An order confirmation is sent to you immediately after checkout via email so you can review your order – if you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering or immediately after ordering.
Custom Logo Orders/Proof Approval: When customer approval to proceed with production is indicated, the customer accepts full responsibility for spelling, copy/verbiage, typestyle, punctuation, layout, and any other design elements.
Rush Preview/Proof Fees: Rush Preview/Proof service fees are non-refundable. If you select the rush preview/proof for a custom logo order and then cancel your order after receiving your proof (prior to approval), you will still be charged the rush preview/proof service fee.
Can I cancel my order?
If you submitted an order and need to cancel it for any reason, please email Orders@stationeryxpress.com immediately and we will try to cancel it for you. If the order is already in production then it remains your responsibility to pay for the order. Once you complete checking out, the order will be sent for production immediately.
