I almost never leave reviews but this company truly went above and beyond and for that I felt this review was necessary. I was skeptical ordering at first, but a rep on live chat told me they will not charge my card until I approve the proof they email me. (This might be for custom orders only but I'm not sure) When I got my proof I was not happy with how it looked and they changed/edited/resent the proof twice until I finally approved it. Only then was my card charged! My order arrived looking exactly like the proof they sent me via email. I am incredibly impressed with their communication as well as the product itself and wish I was treated this way by more companies I buy from. I will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you!
